1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Zapoin. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Zapoin ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Zapoin website, dashboard, AI receptionist, and scheduling integrations.
By accessing or using any part of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the service and must discontinue use immediately.
2. Description of Service
Zapoin provides an AI-powered conversational receptionist and online booking interface that interacts with customers to answer questions, check slot availability, handle service bookings, and sync scheduling to a unified dashboard.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the services (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
3. Accounts, Subscriptions, and Billing
To host a workspace and use our receptionist dashboard, you must register for a Subscriber account:
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to update it promptly to keep it accurate and complete.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.
- Zapoin offers paid subscription plans. All fees are billed in advance of the subscription term and are non-refundable unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing upon 30 days' notice.
4. Bookings and Customer Payments
Our services allow end Customers to make appointments directly with Subscriber businesses.
For businesses utilizing deposit collections or appointment payments:
- All payment processing is handled through third-party payment gateways (e.g. Stripe). Zapoin does not store or process complete credit card credentials directly.
- Subscribers are solely responsible for setting cancellation, deposit refund, and booking confirmation policies. Zapoin is not responsible for any disputes, refunds, or service quality issues arising between Subscribers and Customers.
5. Acceptable Conduct and Restrictions
You agree not to use Zapoin's services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, or spam the conversational chat interface or submit excessively large payloads.
- Attempt to bypass rate limiting filters, exploit SQL queries, or compromise backend database structures.
- Use the voice receptionist to deliver false, deceptive, or misleading appointment bookings.
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or copy any code or design assets belonging to Zapoin.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Zapoin is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding service uptime, transcription accuracy, or that the AI receptionist will perform flawlessly in all contexts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zapoin and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, customer goodwill, or scheduling interruptions arising from your use of the service.
7. Termination and Governing Law
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without liability, to suspend or terminate your account or access to the service if you violate these Terms, breach security protocols, or fail to process subscription payments.
These Terms and your use of Zapoin shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings shall be resolved exclusively in courts of competent jurisdiction.
